988wan Privacy Policy

1 Introduction

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") is published by 988wan (hereinafter "988wan", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "the Operator") and applies to all personal data collected, processed and stored in connection with your access to and use of the website located at 988wan.cam and any associated services, mobile-optimised interfaces, products or content made available through the Platform (collectively, "the Services").

4 How We Collect Data

• Directly from you: When you register an Account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support, or update your account preferences.

We do not receive or store full banking credentials, PINs or passwords associated with those external accounts. Such references are contextual only and do not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with gambling operations by those providers.

5 Data Processing & Legal Basis

988wan processes Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

6 How We Use Your Data

We use the Personal Data we collect for the following purposes:

7 Data Sharing & Disclosure

8 Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Personal Data associated with an active Account is retained for the duration of the Account's activity and for a period of not less than five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with standard AML and financial record-keeping obligations applicable in the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for the minimum period mandated by applicable AML regulations in the Operator's licence jurisdiction, typically five (5) years from the last transaction or Account closure, whichever is later.
• Support Communications: Live chat and email support records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for quality assurance, dispute resolution and audit purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Records of your consent to or withdrawal from marketing communications are retained for the duration of the Account plus a further period sufficient to demonstrate compliance with applicable obligations.
• Anonymised Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymised usage data that cannot be linked to an individual may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics and improvement purposes.

While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, no data transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will take prompt action to contain the breach, assess its impact and notify affected individuals and applicable authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

10 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

988wan uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively, to enhance user experience and — where you have provided consent — to collect analytics data. Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot be used to read data from your device's storage.

10.1 Types of Cookies Used

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.

12 Protection of Minors

988wan strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors.

If we become aware or have reasonable grounds to believe that Personal Data has been collected from a person below the applicable minimum age, we will promptly suspend the associated Account, notify the individual (or their parent/guardian where appropriate), and take steps to securely delete the collected data to the extent legally permissible.

13 International Data Transfers

As an online platform, 988wan and its Third-Party Processors may store and process Personal Data on servers located in jurisdictions other than Pakistan. • Binding contractual clauses between 988wan and its processors that impose equivalent data protection obligations.

14 Policy Amendments

988wan reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law or platform operations. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform — for example, through a prominent banner on the homepage or a notification within the Account dashboard.

The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently updated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
