988wan Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "Player") and 988wan (hereinafter "988wan", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "the Operator") in respect of your use of the website located at 988wan.cam and any associated services, mobile-optimised interfaces, products and content made available through the Platform (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform may support.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account with 988wan and to use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You are aged 18 years or older, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable law in your location.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by 988wan for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant or agent of 988wan or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent termination of all associated Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 988wan reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

4.1 KYC Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, and at any point the Operator deems appropriate for fraud prevention or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, you may be required to complete full KYC verification. Standard documentation requested for Pakistani users may include:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport — all four corners visible, text legible.
• Proof of residential address, where required (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
• A real-time selfie or liveness-check video confirming you are the genuine holder of the presented identity document.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits, where required by the Operator's compliance procedures.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any access token with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you. Notify 988wan support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Terms of Use

By using the 988wan Platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any third party. The Platform is provided for personal entertainment use only and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money placed as wagers. 988wan does not guarantee any winnings.
• You will not use any automated system, bot, script or software to access the Platform or place bets without the Operator's express written consent.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, disable or interfere with any security feature of the Platform.
• You accept that game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes. The Operator does not manipulate outcomes.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches or technical faults in the Platform's software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault may be voided.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 988wan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform may support at the relevant time. The availability of specific payment methods in the cashier is subject to the Operator's operational decisions and may change without prior notice.

6.1 Payment Method References

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar Pakistani financial services are provided as familiar contextual references for users. Such references do not constitute a claim that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling operations. Players must independently verify that their chosen payment provider permits the intended transaction type under the provider's own terms and conditions.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon successful confirmation by the payment processor. Processing times may vary by method.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available through 988wan are subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, activation, wagering requirements and expiry. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that offer.

• Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, each eligible player may claim a specific promotional offer once only.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• While a bonus is active, maximum bet per round, spin or selection may be restricted as specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are as specified in the relevant promotion. Where not specified, slots typically contribute 100% and table games or live dealer products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Bonuses and free credits are subject to an expiry period specified in the relevant promotion. Unused or unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the 988wan Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. General principles applicable across all betting and gaming activity are set out below.

• Once confirmed and accepted by the system, a bet may not be amended, cancelled or reversed by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or event rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or communication disruption during a game round or live event, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts.
• Obvious or manifest errors in displayed odds, prices or game parameters (including palpable errors) do not bind the Operator. Such bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For live sports betting markets including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international fixtures, the Operator may suspend markets at any time and is not obligated to accept bets on all available markets at all times.
• The settlement of bets will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or, in the case of casino games, the certified RNG outcome.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control expenditure.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a longer-term self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will not be permitted to access the Services.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wan Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any other unlawful purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, AI agents or similar tools to access the Platform or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, glitches or loopholes in the Platform's software.
• Engaging in or facilitating bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or structuring bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk using arbitrage or hedging techniques not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 988wan staff, agents or other users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or circumvent any security measure on the Platform.

Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent termination. The Operator reserves the right to report conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 988wan Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and compilation thereof, is the property of 988wan or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 988wan.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wan, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account or the servers and personal information stored therein.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Services.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or similar harmful code transmitted through the Platform by any third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

988wan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other financial crime.
• Access from a Prohibited Territory.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

On closure of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to the Player via a payment method at the Operator's reasonable determination. Bonus Funds are non-refundable on Account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 988wan holds its operational licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its rights or property. Players are reminded that local laws in their jurisdiction — including Pakistan — may impose additional restrictions on online gambling and that these Terms do not supersede or override applicable local law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

988wan reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform (e.g., by a prominent notice on the homepage or within the Account dashboard). Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
